Jean Appolon Expressions, MetaMovements, and FrocaFitness come together for a joint class celebrating the dynamic legacy of Afro-Caribbean dance and rhythmns including Haiti, Cuba, and Madagascar. We’ll explore movements of the diaspora—bridging popular styles and folkloric forms with Cuban Modern and Horton-based Modern techniques.
