Possibilities

JAE impacts thousands of people each year through youth and community programs, professional company performances, and by hosting classes and events at the new JAE Dance Center. Examples of events and initiatives you can support include:

Banboche: JAE’s annual fundraising gala with hundreds of attendees, professional performances, youth and community showcases, and local vendors
Summer Dance Institute: for over 20 years, JAE has hosted the Summer Dance Institute in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Boston, offering accessible dance education for youth
Community Dancers: JAE’s community dance program offers dancers of all ages and abilities structured rehearsal and performance opportunities
Professional Company Residencies: Residencies allow the JAE professional dance company the opportunity to have dedicated time to develop new works and refine current productions
Special Events: JAE hosts many special events and public performances throughout the year at venues across Greater Boston like the Hatch Shell, Carson Beach, the Gardner Museum, Hibernian Hall, and many others
